Hiking with the 12 Gods! House of the Twelve Gods. National Park since 1938. A pristine natural environment, protected for centuries from any human intervention. The mythical Olympus is our field of action. With the aura of our emblematic mountain enticing us, we hike on beautiful and green paths.
Hiking with the 12 Gods begins in Litochoro. We follow old alleys, pass in front of the First Primary School, which was built in 1907, and end at the church of Agia Paraskevi. At this point, we leave the village and follow a forest path with a magical view of Litochoro and the sea. At Vythos, where the Enipeas Gorge creates a large opening, we enjoy the stunning view of the high mountain peaks, Mytikas and Stefani. Following the clearing of the waters of Enipeas we reach the "Swimming Pool of Zeus", a truly magical place! Our wonderful route continues to the area of Lakkos, the last stop of our hiking. Then we return full of unique images and experiences in the central square of Litochoro.
Our hike with the 12 Gods is ideal for our little friends. We offer children a sketch map of the route, so that they discover the route, have fun, and finally love nature and the mountain.
