How can I pay?
You can pay by:

How will I be informed that my reservation has been made?
Unlimited Adrenaline provides real time availability. However, it is up to the partner to decide whether to accept direct bookings or to accept them within 48 hours. After making the booking payment you will be notified by email if your booking has been successful. You can also track your bookings from your account.
I booked an activity. What am I doing now;
If you make a reservation you will receive an email with detailed instructions on where and when you should be in business as well as other useful information. If you did not receive the email contact us.
Do I need to have a confirmation email printed when I go to business?
No, it is not necessary. You can show it to our partner in digital form from your mobile phone. However you need to show him.
How do I get in touch with the business I booked with?
After the booking process you will receive an email with all business details. You can also send a message from your account to our platform. It is always recommended that you contact the business prior to the day of your booking.
Is it obligatory to contact me by phone if I have made a reservation?
No it's not mandatory. However, in some weather-based activities it is advisable to keep in touch before going into business. You will have detailed information and tips in the confirmation email.
I can't find the confirmation email. What should I do;
Make sure you check your spam / junk folders with your email. Contact us and we'll get back to you.
Cancellations
My booking was canceled by the business. How do I get a refund?
If for any reason the business canceled your booking, the money will be automatically refunded to your account. If return is delayed contact us.
How can I cancel a booking?
From your account you can cancel your booking at any time. Caution! Read our cancellation policy to know what your refund is. If you do not have an account, your email will have the option to cancel or change your date.
How do I know that my booking has been canceled?
You will receive an email confirming the cancellation. Check your Inbox and Spam / junk folders for your email. If you do not receive email within 24 hours, please contact us to confirm your cancellation.
What's the cancellation policy?
Unlimited Adrenaline offers 8 different cancellation policies. Each provider has the right to choose any of the 8 differente cancellation policies he wishes. Find out more about our cancellation policies here.
Discounts - Coupons
What kind of gift vouchers do you have?
There are two types of gift coupon. The 'Gift Voucher' and the 'Gift Card':
The 'Gift Coupon' refers to a specific activity you choose. It is in code format which is sent to PDF via email. The recipient of the gift must create an account and enter the code to select specific dates and continue the booking process.
The Gift Card is in the form of a code format sent to PDF via email. It can be purchased for amounts of 20,50,100,200,500 and 1000. It can be redeemed in any activity. The recipient of the 'Gift Card' will select the activity (s) he / she wishes, enter the code and continue the booking process normally. The remaining unused gift card will be saved to the user's account as a 'balance' for future bookings.
How long are 'Gift Coupons' and 'Gift Cards' valid?
- The duration of the Gift Card and Gift Voucher is strictly 12 months, as explicitly stated in the terms of use, without any extension.
Each activity has a certain availability and it is the responsibility of the Gift Voucher holder to redeem it in a timely manner according to the available dates. - For activities that depend on weather conditions or take place in specific periods (e.g. Ski, cruises, etc.), it is the responsibility of the participants to plan the redemption of the Gift Voucher in a timely manner.
- For activities that are carried out with a group, it is the responsibility of the participants to complete their reservation in a timely manner on the date on which the activity will take place. In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the customer may pay the difference resulting from the minimum participation, while the company is not obliged to carry out the activity without covering the minimum participation.
- The company is obliged to propose at least 2 days of availability, provided that there is a margin of at least 15 days within the predetermined period in which the activity takes place.
