Fairy Cave (Neraidospilia) - Hiking!

We visit the most fairytale and impressive cave in Parnassos, the Fairy Cave! This is a cave with 3 chambers, natural pools, and stalagmites, stalactites!

The cave is located on the north side of the mountain near the village of Variani. Our trip to Neraidospilia - Hiking begins in Livadi Arachova, where we meet with our vehicles. We follow our experienced guide for about 1 hour on a dirt road until we approach the forest path that leads to the cave. Our route passes through the lush fir forest, which is decorated with hundreds of wildflowers! After leaving our vehicles, we hike for about 1 hour enjoying the amazing view of the valley. The entrance of the cave is located on steep cliffs of moderate difficulty. To get through the difficult passages, our escort ensures you with the necessary equipment. In the spring when the cave still holds enough water, the brave can walk in the icy water and visit 2 rooms! Stalagmites, stalactites, and natural pools of water compose a fairytale setting, in which one can easily visualize the fairies enjoying their bath while singing.

Cancellation between 3 and 7 days prior to the agreed activity starting date. You are entitled to a 50% reimbursement.
Cancellation 3 days or later are what we call last-minute cancellations. No reimbursements will be effected.
