Hiking in the Parnassos National Park!

Parnassos, the mythical mountain of antiquity, generously offers unique hiking experiences! Our program Hiking in the Parnassos National Park is implemented in the National Park. The Forest, with a total area of 36,000 acres, was founded in 1938 and together with that of Olympus, are the oldest National Parks in the country. This area presents really impressive landscapes with fir forest, sinks, caves, rocky peaks as well as great biodiversity!

Starting from Livadi we follow a gentle route in the fir forest of Parnassos. Near the place Kalania at an altitude of 1,300m we have the opportunity to see from above the entrance of the underground abyss "Eptastomos", which hosts the southernmost glacier in Europe! Inside it maintains an average temperature throughout the year that does not exceed 0 degrees Celsius! This abyss was not accidentally considered by the ancient Greeks as one of the entrances to Hades. Come and discover the unknown treasures of your favorite Parnassos!

The distance we travel is a total of 7 kilometers, with an altitude difference of 250 meters.

Cancellation 7 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date. You are automatically reimbursed for the full activity price.
Cancellation between 3 and 7 days prior to the agreed activity starting date. You are entitled to a 50% reimbursement.
Cancellation 3 days or later are what we call last-minute cancellations. No reimbursements will be effected.

* If the activity is canceled by the activity provider (due to weather, non-completion of minimum entries, force majeure, etc.), the price of your activity, is refunded in full.
