What is included in speeds from 0 (zero) to 20 k.a.h.

U-turn in a small space / In the Parking lot
Maneuvering in narrow passages/ Inside the city
Starting uphill/ leaving the Parking or the ship's ramp
U-turn uphill/ Dead end in Chora of the island
Stop restart on uphill/rolls back
Parking - a position at traffic lights - coexistence with other motorcycles
All of the above with a passenger

Seemingly low-difficulty problems bring the most falls: static or at very low speed.
