Our work focuses on the externalization and development of the unlimited physical and mental abilities of each individual, which in modern life are often left untapped.
Parkour / Free Running can offer a lot when practicing safely and the athlete sets personal goals. However, the misinformation, ignorance, excitement, and impatience of young people who want to learn fast and try jumps and techniques, which are often viewed online, can lead to the opposite results.
Our goal is to show these young people the way and the way to continually improve their capabilities through a safe workout.
