The spot is ideal for windsurfing with shallow water and sandy beaches. From May to September you can expect thermal winds with warm waters.

Full Beginners Windsurfing will give you all the skills and knowledge needed to enjoy windsurfing. The adult lesson takes place on a 4 x 2-hour beginner windsurfing course, and everything you need is included in the price. In the end, you will be able to rent a kit and practice the basics. The first 2-hour session will give you the basic steps you need to windsurf!

A large percentage of students who love our beginner lessons come back to us, using our surfboard rental program to practice the basics they were taught and then take more lessons to improve even more.

What you will learn:

You start your Windsurfing lessons for beginners with a session on land which will act as a simulator before you enter the sea. This will give you "muscle memory" ready for when you try to recreate the movements out in the water.

The Taster Windsurfing course starts with learning the names of some basic pieces of equipment, what they do and how to get everything safely upwind. You learn how to stand up and balance on the board in a 'start position', do a 180-degree turn, and how to get into a 'sailing position'.

The complete windsurfing course for beginners builds on the fundamentals of windsurfing to give you the complete skill set to keep you safe. We start with the basics like how to steer and eliminate side drift, and then continue with learning how to windsurf downwind with a faster turn called a "tack". Next, we learn how to sail and do a turn called a "gybe". Combining all these new skills, we teach you how to navigate from any point A to any point B, giving you the confidence that you can return to any starting point. During our beginner windsurfing lessons, we also cover how to assemble your windsurfing equipment.
