Activity Description
SUP (Stand Up Paddle) is a very enjoyable method of exercise.
More specifically, you paddle standing on a board, which requires coordination and balance and works out the whole body. All this while enjoying the sea and its beauty and not in a gym.
The last is perhaps the greatest benefit, contact with nature allows us to escape and relax.
The best thing is that anyone can try it, after a short training (just 1 lesson) the equipment is at your disposal for the shortest urban escape.

Cancellation policy
- Cancellation 72 hours or more prior to the agreed activity starting date. You are automatically reimbursed for the full activity price.
- Cancellation between 24 hours and 72 hours prior to the agreed activity starting date. You are entitled to a 50% reimbursement
