Where was the summer resort of the Latin aristocracy? How was the water shared among the farmers till today? What was the greatest technical achievement of the classical ancient years that saved Naxos town? Witness all the changes from the feuds to the modern small farms filled with all types of vegetables and fruit trees.

An easy to moderate hike following the old footpath along the beautiful village of Myli, leads to the ancient aqueduct of the island. We hike up to the ancient quarry, where two huge statues (Kouros) lie on the fertile ground; olive groves, orchards and an awesome walk by the shady riverside.
