At Airsoft participants use Airsoft "weapons" to "neutralize" opponents within an agreed scenario. It is a group game aimed at men and women.
Airsoft 'weapons' are electrically powered, they are visual copies of real, and they shoot 6mm plastic balls. The resemblance is only apparent to give the game more credibility.
The impact is perceived depending on the distance as a light stroke on us or the sound on our equipment. Typically the action of an Airsoft "weapon" does not exceed one (1) Joule with the balls weighing 0.2gr and a speed of 90m /sec. In comparison, the Paintball "guns" launch 2.84gr pellets with the same speed delivering 11.8 Joules. At Airsoft City all equipment is designed so that no "guns" exceed 0.95 Joules, taking into account the UK's most stringent security rules worldwide.
